Stop looking for a contractor and contact Utah Basement Builders! They were so great and easy to work with. They are knowledgeable and happy to answer any and all questions. They get back to your texts/questions in a reasonable time frame. They are very reasonably priced. Brian and Ryan were fantastic to work with.  We are very happy with their communication and the work that was performed.  They showed up when they said they were going to and responded quickly and addressed all of our questions.   They were easy to work with! We love having a finished basement! We are so grateful we found Brian and Ryan! Finishing an unfinished basement can easily be overwhelming. However, Basement Builders completed the task in a timely manner with clear communication throughout the whole process. In addition, they gave us a competitive quote. The crew are great to work with, and happily adjusted plans when ideas came to mind along the way. We were comfortable having them in our home, and are very approachable. If an item needed fixing or adjusting, they always resolved the issue swiftly; we are confident in contacting them following this experience if something needs to be fixed. We had a great overall experience working with Utah Basement Builders! They gave us a competitive quote and, most impressively, stuck to that budget. Brian and Ryan’s crews worked efficiently, and we are very pleased with the quality of the finished work. Brian and team finished our basement on time, despite the many additions and alterations along the way.  My wife and I had a good initial gut feeling about Brian, and he followed through, impressing us the whole way to finish. I needed my basement to be turned into a walkout apartment. It was a big ask. They took my vision and made it work. Literally everything I asked for was done. I was most impressed with the communication. They were quick to respond and asked me questions of what I wanted for the entire project. They stayed on budget which I know is a rare thing. I have worked with two others companies on home projects and have never been on budget. Their original quote was accurate and only changed if I made changes from the original agreement. Brian & Ryan are fabulous to work with. Their quote was the most reasonable and their quality finishing my entire basement apartment was superb - everyone who visits talks about how high quality the work is, what nice craftsmanship. They were flexible and happy to work with me on a few new requests as we went along.
